ACT (Association for Children with life-threatening or Terminal conditions and their Families)

ACT aims to provide information on services available for families whose children have life-threatening or life-limiting conditions, regardless of the particular diseases involved. Our information service holds information on both local and national services available to children and families and you can contact the information staff via our website.

ACT also works to enhance the knowledge and skills of professional carers by providing specialist literature and educational opportunities. It is involved in consultation and contact between service providers and campaigns to encourage the development of children’s palliative care service.
